Savannah Cotham, K16 Early Childhood Education Pathway

Savannah joined the Early Childhood Education Pathway with an open mind, excited to start a journey of working with the community and better her education. With the help of Amador College Connect, she achieved new heights. “I registered for the ECE program because of my love of all children, and also the intent of getting my feet wet in this field,” Savannah said. “It led me to grow more fond of the idea of becoming an elementary school teacher.” From day one, Savannah has shown her ability to work in an early childhood education setting, inspiring those around her. She has grown tremendously since the very first day, both professionally and personally. “The program has been an amazing starting point for me to explore various areas of development for myself all while gaining experience, new friendships, and connections with children and families in my community,” Savannah said. “Amador College Connect has provided me with tons of helpful resources and opportunities to grow and be successful throughout my ECE journey,” Savannah said.
